Great sales and service. Finance I felt didn’t offer me all the options for the extended warranty and I celt were a little misleading. Never offered a GM warranty and so I cancelled the 2 Ally warranties he sold us and am shopping with other GM dealers fir a GM warranty… your finance people should provide the GM option also… I felt mislead x

We’ve been customers at Lambert for many years! This is my first time buying a new car, as our previous cars we purchased were pre-owned. With the wonderful help of our salesman Will Spencer, I purchased a 2026 Buick Envista Avenir. I love it!! It’s the perfect automobile for me. Will was just the BEST!! I was really undecided about driving an SUV, but he found me the perfect new car! We very highly reccomend Lambert- locally owned, no sales pressure, and a great selection. Thanks again Will Spencer! Great service getting my regular maintenance done on my Buick Encore GX ST. Jen took great care of me explaining everything that was done to my car. They found that my windshield washer reservoir has a crack in it so she ordered a new one and will call my when it's in. I waited on my car, there is a very nice waiting area with water, coffee and even cookies if you choose. I recommend Lamber Buick to everyone!

As a client of 27 years, I have always had a good experience with the Lambert dealership. I have purchased six vehicles from them, with my most recent purchase of a new Envision Avenir. I did not feel pressure to purchase and was treated very well by sales and finance personnel. They listened and answered all questions in a polite and professional manner, especially Quintin, from the sales department, who brokered my recent purchase.

John Sdono did a great job helping us decide on the right vehicles for us. We purchased two vehicles from him and are very happy.

I was shocked that the sensor wasn't covered under the extended warrantee. My truck was 74 miles past the millage allowed in order to cover. The sensor went bad 250 miles ago so it should be covered. This is my first vehicle I've purchased from Lambert, I didn't like how I was treated. I'm in the market for a new GMC truck and will be checking other dealerships. I've purchased 12 vehicles from Marhoffer and they would have covered this sensor.

Love our new Buick Envision and had a great first service call. Lambert took very good care of my old Buick LaCrosse and looks like the same will be true of this new one. We walked for lunch while the car was being serviced and received several statis updates while away. Couldn't be happier with service and customer service treatment we receive at Lambert.

Spent almost 5 hours there waiting for service to be done. Was told that only two (2) techs onsite, and were backlogged, yet I made my appointment with Sharon over a week prior, and for 8am. The service writer was emotionless, somewhat rude, and gave the impression that I was an annoyance. I brought my truck in for an issue that was supposed to be resolved last November, and was told by an ASE mechanic that the modules (BCM & EBCM) were faulty/defective, and should be replaced under warranty, yet the Lambert tech said that "possibly" wires corroded, but was guessing...and told the service writer that he needed at least 4 hours AND at least $1200 to do a searching expedition!!! Horrible customer service, horrible wait time of 5 hours, and NO RESOLUTION! I've been bringing my truck into Lambert SINCE NEW, back in beginning of 2018, and NEVER had this poor of an experience from a dealership! I had a bad gut feeling from the moment that I had walked in that the environment was different and not the same quality and atmosphere that I had enjoyed all the prior visits... Needless to say, I will NOT be a returning customer, buyer or service, for my truck and will definitely let my friends and everyone else know my experience. What a shame Lambert!! You lost me as a customer, and perhaps others following!

Evens was nice but the review of my vehicle was not very through and/or accurate. My passenger side headlight is very dim and it was not reported and at my last service the windshield wipers were said to be perfect, but the were actually falling apart.

Service was completed in quickly. Waite time was short.
