My experience with an oil change was fine. The person at the counter was very courteous and polite, the job was done in a timely fashion. However, I am mystified as to why I was told I needed to replace the CV axle on the passenger side. I took the car to a mechanic I have been using for over 30 years to have the work done and they asked why I wanted it done. They said the axle and boots were fine. They did recommend that I replace the brakes and rotors and since that work has been done, the car rides and sounds much better.

Everyone is always friendly and will work to get answers to any questions you have. The repair service department has always been great as well with friendly workers and competitive prices. Excellent service for an oil change and tire rotation with o.e.m oil and GM trained techs. Work was completed on time , and the cost was less than what I've paid for on other vehicles at after market shops. Thank You ! Dennis Mc

Quick service

Mike Wozniak was fantastic. He has excellent product knowledge combined with years of experience. He was able to describe the features and benefits of the Canyon AT4 and answer my questions. I believed he was looking out for my best interests. The finance department, on the other, hand is a little slow. What usually takes hours to process loans and paperwork took days. There were also extended times in dealership waiting to meet.
